The Journey so far..
Hello! My name is Drishti Jaisingh and I am originally from Delhi, India.

I have been living in Berlin, Germany for the past year and a half. I provide mental health services to individuals and couples online; along with supervision and training for budding psychologists.

I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist in India, where I ran my private practice in the past. I received my BA (Psychology) from the University of Delhi and MA (Applied Psychology) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. During my training, I worked with children, adolescents, adults and the elderly, across educational institutions, non-profit organizations and treatment facilities.
This was followed by a year of chasing my dream; working at the convergence of social justice and mental health. I was able to work in a place that practiced inclusivity, accessibility and affordability.

In 2018, I embarked on a journey of up-skilling myself by pursing a MPhil Degree. In Manipal, I was surrounded by inspirational mentors, enthusiastic colleagues and supportive friends. There is where my love towards Research and Learning grew two-fold, and I became the person and clinician I am today!

My Approach
I practise gender inclusive, socially aware and queer affirmative counseling. I work with clients adults, who wish to work on their behavioural, emotional and developmental issues.

I believe in an integrative approach and draw from interpersonal learning theory, and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, contextualizing my practice based on the needs of the client.

I am trauma-informed and practice from a feminist intersectional lens.
