I am a Psychological Counselor; licensed from India, offering individual and couple sessions. I offer relational, insight-oriented counseling informed by narrative, attachment, and multicultural perspectives, supporting clients through identity, transition, and relational change.
My Approach
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and culturally sensitive. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy and a trauma-informed lens to support individuals and couples navigating identity, transition, and relational challenges. I specialize in working with those who are exploring their sense of self in the context of neurodivergence, immigration, and significant life shifts.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals navigating questions of identity, transition, and belonging—particularly those living at the intersections of neurodivergence, migration, and significant life changes. Many of my clients are exploring who they are beyond inherited roles, expectations, or survival strategies, and are seeking ways to relate to themselves and others with more ease and authenticity.

Clients often come to this work while navigating:

  • High expectations and internal pressure

  • Identity shifts related to immigration, culture, or life transitions

  • Tension between personal needs and relational or family responsibilities

  • A desire to feel more grounded & self-directed without losing connection to others

Workplace Stress, Burnout & EAP Support

In addition to private practice, I work with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), offering support for workplace stress, burnout, and vicarious trauma—particularly for those in helping professions. I have experience supporting individuals exposed to secondary trauma through care work, advocacy, or mental health roles.

This work focuses on building emotional resilience and sustainable ways of caring for others, while remaining connected to one’s own needs, limits, and sense of self.

Background
As an Indian expat, I bring a lived understanding of cultural transition, identity fragmentation, and the quieter forms of grief that can accompany being far from home. My work is informed by my own experience navigating the intersections of culture, migration, and ADHD, alongside a multicultural perspective that holds both resilience and strain without reducing either.
Whether you are managing high expectations, questioning long-held beliefs, or trying to reconnect with parts of yourself that feel muted or lost, I aim to offer a space that feels both familiar and expansive—one where complexity is welcomed and explored with care.
What Sessions Are Like

Sessions with me are warm, engaged, and often reflective, with space for curiosity and humor alongside depth. I believe emotional work can be structured and meaningful while still feeling human and relational. Our sessions may include shared exploration, meaning-making, and gentle practices to support integration between sessions. Any practices or reflections are adapted to your pace, needs, and capacity, with an emphasis on collaboration rather than prescription.

Fees
Online Individual session fee is €90 per 60-minute session.
Online Couple session fee is €120 per 75-minute session.

IMPORTANT: I do not offer coverage through public health insurance. But, certain insurance companies cover the cost of private counseling. Please inquire directly with your insurance provider.

Drishti has helped me greatly. It wouldn't be an overstatement to say that she has helped me restart my life. Thanks to her, I have regained focus and have been sleeping peacefully since the past few weeks.
