My Approach
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and culturally sensitive. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with CBT and DBT, and a trauma-informed lens to support individuals navigating identity, transition, and relational challenges. I specialize in working with those who are exploring their sense of self in the context of neurodivergence, immigration, and significant life shifts.

About me
I am a Psychologist; licensed from India, offering individual and couple sessions.
With my work, I hope to create a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their internal struggles & conflicts, as they improve their existing coping mechanisms and come out learning new skills.
1.
Individual
Sessions
Individual Counseling is a one-on-one experience with the Psychologist. Individual sessions are an opportunity for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and the relationship with themselves, others, and the world around them.
2.
Couple
Sessions
Couple Counseling attempts to address interpersonal conflicts and improve communication patterns between couples, keeping in mind the different context both individuals come from. The focus is to fix the dynamic instead of each other.
3.
Support Group Facilitator
Facilitators within support groups provide a safe, confidential space for individuals to meet, share their thoughts and experiences and gain support.
4.
Workshops & Trainings
Workshops and Training are a space to connect with a larger audience and create awareness. Intended for Corporates, Educational Institutions or Non-profit Organizations who may benefit a knowledge-exchange and gain perspective through a mutual collaboration.
